Claims:

CHAPS was contacted by the client with claims of hearing voices, doors opening and closing, lights turning off, hearing voices and foul smells. One of the children have woken up with scratches and started to sleep walk.

Investigation:

Base read where normal through out the home except for a few or the appliances which had an elevated EMF.  The team members did did have some personal experiences through out the evening. Hearing loud  bangs, knocking noises, as well we heard what sounded like someone walking around on the floor above us.  We also did hear what sounded like a women walking behind us wearing high heels.

Conclusion:

After analyzing all the evidence, and having had our own personal experiences, we cannot declare this home haunted as we did not have any evidence on the audio or video files to back up these claims.
