Investigation:

Aug 2010, we investigated a Windsor apartment building. Put up in 1928 this was a high end living accommodation in its day. Today tenants seem to move out with short notice and at great financial loss, others seem to develop mental issues. Many of the rooms remain vacant. CHAPS went in and did a full scale investigation to no avail, there was no evidence. However during the investigation being stopped by a number of dwellers mentioning all the activity, combined with a lady screaming at nothing in her apartment to the true sincerity of fear coming from the managers, we are destined to return
